By exposing them to as many aspects of the business as possible, they stay interested and motivated longer.Here is what you can do:
1. Consider temporary job shadowing opportunities
2. Rotate at the same level, within and across functions
3. Rotate between offices to see how things are done differently elsewhere and build organization-wide teamwork
