Invest in Training – Millennials see their jobs as an extension of their education, always assessing what and how much they are learning as fuel for their resume and goals. If they don’t feel they are learning enough – fast enough – the best ones will feel stagnant, demotivated and restless. Here’s what you can do:
1. Develop competency models and qualifications for the major job levels and categories
2. Assess the skill gaps at each job level, prioritize and provide a plethora of training opportunities
3. Develop mini-workshops on highly targeted issues
4. Make your training just in time and just for them
