Turn Up the Teams – Millennials have been working in teams since grade school where they connected socially, collaborated on projects and were graded in groups. They want the opinions of their peers and expect this as a social opportunity as much as a way of learning and doing the work.
1. Make some individual-projects into team-assignments
2. Put teams together to improve local processes, leverage best practices and improve the work flow
3. Build cross-functional teams to address organizational challenges
